Add catalog messages or resource types to a Data Map schema

/api/build_data_map_schema

Imports each HL7 message, FHIR resource type, X12 transaction set or CDA document type the Data Map schema sent lacks from the release's standard catalog, reusing whatever it has. Returns the schema, with what was added and what the catalog lacks; nothing is saved.
