List nodes across the grid whose catalog adapter has a newer release

Every node on the grid still on an older release of an adapter this catalog publishes - what a pull has left to be adopted.

The node-template counterpart to catalog_library_dependents, and asked at the same moment: a pull can bring both, and neither takes effect on its own. Answered from what is already on this grid, with no network - the catalog's checkout only moves when it is pulled, so "newer release" here means "you pulled, and this node hasn't caught up".

Projects the caller doesn't collaborate on are counted rather than listed.
