Write the SQL that creating a Database node's tables runs

POST 
/api/database_node_create_tables_sql/:project_guid/:workflow_guid/:node_guid

For each table in create and alter, the statements database_node_create_tables would run with the same request, for the user to read before it does. Nothing is changed: a table to alter is read (its columns and how many rows it has) to write its SQL, and the others don't connect at all. confirm_replace and expected are ignored.
