What changed in a Database node's schema.json since its last commit

/api/database_node_schema_changes/:project_guid/:workflow_guid/:node_guid

Compares the node's schema.json at HEAD with the caller's working copy and describes the difference as tables and columns. The runtime runs the committed schema, so uncommitted says whether edits are waiting. Nothing is written.
