Discard unstaged changes to files in a project's dev clone

POST 
/api/discard_project_git_paths/:guid

Throws away the unstaged working-tree changes to the given files in the current user's dev clone of the project: a tracked file is restored to its staged (index) copy, and an untracked file is deleted. Staged changes are left alone. This cannot be undone.
