Export a data map with what it needs

POST 
/api/export_data_map

Gathers one map of a Data Map node into a package another node can import: its file and entry, the parts of the schemas it reads and builds, and the custom.lua functions it names. The node's files travel in the body; nothing is read from or written to a node, and nothing is run.
