Query logs

/api/logs

Returns a page of at most limit log records matching the filters, newest first. next_cursor/has_more read on to older records; prev_cursor/has_newer read back up to newer ones (with direction=newer), for a client that keeps only a window of pages. For callers who can't unredact PHI, search.limited says the search stopped before filling the page.
