Get project variables and where they are used

GET 
/api/get_project_variables/:guid

The project's variables for the config field variable picker, with where each is referenced, for the variable editor's warnings.

Usages are gathered from the hub and the caller's dev clone, so a reference saved but not yet committed counts too. A secret's value is left out entirely; the picker only needs its name.
