Bring an older Data Map node's files up to date

/api/move_data_map_files

Moves an older Data Map node's datamap.lua, mapping.lua (as init.lua), maps/ and helpers/ into its mapping/ folder, in the caller's working copy, and points the requires in the user's own Lua at them; moves PreMap and PostMap out of custom.lua into premap.lua and postmap.lua, and the Lua its map files hold into custom.lua, as functions the maps name; and renames an older node's target (its index's target, target.json) its destination. A node already laid out that way is left alone. Nothing is committed or run.
