List the versions of a node's catalog adapter

GET 
/api/node_template_versions/:project_guid/:workflow_guid/:node_guid

Every version of this node's adapter the catalog holds on this grid, newest first, with the one the node is on marked.

Read out of the catalog's own history, so it lists what the checkout can actually be moved to rather than what the vendor has ever published - reaching further back means pulling the catalog. An empty list with a reason is an ordinary answer: the catalog may be gone, or still truncated from before catalogs carried their full history.
