Remove a node template from a catalog

DELETE 
/api/catalog_node_template/:local_name/:slug

Removes a node template from a catalog published from this grid.

Nodes already built from it are unaffected - a node owns a copy of its template's files - and so are subscribers, until they pull a publish that includes this removal.
