Update project variables

PUT 
/api/update_project_variables/:guid

Replaces a project's stored variables with the provided list, then schedules a git commit and propagation of the change to other users' clones.

Node config values reference variables by label, so a save that would leave a reference dangling (the variable deleted or renamed) or a secret in a non-password field is refused with the usages it would break, unless force - the editor asks the user first. Those nodes would otherwise fail on their next start.
